- SEDEX TRACKING CODE or
- CPF/CNPJ of the owner

Sending detailed information about the cause of the problem presented by your equipment and sending your accessories helps to speed up the process.
APPLIANCES UNDER WARRANTY: Delivery within 3 business days
APPLIANCES WITH MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: Delivery within 3 working days
APPLIANCES OUT OF WARRANTY AND WITHOUT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:
- BUDGET SHIPMENT: up to 2 working days
- REPAIR AFTER BUDGET APPROVAL: up to 3 business days
IMPORTANT: Deadlines may vary according to demand and availability of parts in stock.
Warranty Information
3 YEARS from the date of purchase: CardioLight, CardioLoop, CardioSeven and CardioMapa or the duration of the Maintenance Contract.
2 YEARS from the date of purchase: Dyna-MAPA NG or the duration of the Maintenance Contract.
MAINTENANCE: 90 days, counted from the issuance of the service invoice - exclusively covers the replaced components, except in case of misuse.
ACCESSORIES: 90 days from the date of purchase.
